Joel Flake Family Reunion

At the end of July, we had a joint homecoming for my parents who were serving a mission in Panama and my little sister who served in California. All 11 of my siblings and their spouses and families came out for the event! Then we got to spend a little time together as a family staying at a friend's ranch in the mountains not far from my parent's house. It was so beautiful and so fun to reconnect with the people I love the most and hold dear in my heart. Being part of a large family has its challenges (where do we all sleep when we get together?!), but I wouldn't have it any other way. Each sibling (pictured above with my parents, after a silly volleyball game) adds their own unique flavor and we are bonded together in a way only families can. I am forever grateful for the beautiful family I am a part of.
