I love this video of the General Primary Presidency from BYU Women's Conference. It is really inspiring and motivating to me. Here is a link to it if you can't get the movie to play. I break it up and have watched it a couple of times. I love it because they are speaking directly to me, my stage of life, what I do everyday.

I love this quote I ran across. It comes from the book Lone Survivor: The Eyewitness Account of Operation Redwing and The Lost Heroes of Seal Team 10 by Marcus Luttrell. He uses it to describe Navy Seal training, but it's so important with anything we are up against.
“Don’t let your thoughts run away with you, don’t start planning to bail out because you’re worried about the future and how much you can take. Don’t look ahead to the pain. Just get through the day, and there’s a wonderful career ahead of you” (124).

A great article about a mother's influence here
